Fees
- There is no charge for official functions such as
commander's calls, promotion ceremonies, and training. POCs
for official functions are responsible for the set-up and
clean-up before and after their function. A fee of $35 will
be charged for all non-official functions such as birthday
parties, wedding receptions and other social gatherings.
Reservations - All reservations must be made in
person at the Youth Center (Bldg 348, C Street - across from
dorms). Event POCs must complete a reservation form and pay
any required fees at the time of the reservation. The
facility may not be used for conducting fundraising
activities or for the purpose of generating personal income
without the written consent of the Services Director.
Alcoholic Beverages -
Permission to serve alcoholic beverages during functions
held in the ballroom must be obtained in writing from the
Mission Support Group (MSG) Commander.
